Bidding Adieu to a Hectic Week...

The gone school week started with the morning assembly conducted by the B.Ed trainees. Mithu Mariam Sam (Department of English) was the master of the ceremony. I presented the pledge and Neha S. Remanan (Department of English) read the news. Jinsa Mol (Department of Mathematics) and Veena V. Nair (Department of Social Science) delivered the thought for the day and speciality of the day respectively. Sreelekshmi (Department of Malayalam) conducted a mini quiz for the students.

The students presented speeches, skits and songs in connection with the observance of Moon Day. They also organized an exhibition in this regard.

I conducted the diagnostic test on the same day. After going through the answer sheets, I gave a remedial teaching session on 24th July 2024 (Wednesday). For the students, it was a hectic week of exams, as their mid-term tests started on Wednesday and is scheduled in the forenoon and afternoon sessions till 30th July 2024 (Tuesday). I had invigilation duty for the Malayalam as well as English exams.

Remedial Teaching

As I did not get much classes for teaching, I could only discuss 2 more paragraphs of Mahadev Desai's "Dreams Realised" which I began teaching the previous week. With the internship phase II nearing its end, I am looking forward to a few more hours of cheer with my students.
