Adieu Dear Seniors!!

     Today, we conducted the official farewell function for the 2021-23 batch B.Ed students whom we proudly call our dear seniors. The past academic year that we spent together was nothing less than a unique and irreplaceable camaraderie. So, the function was titled "Nammal" - the Malayalam equivalent of "We" - which transcends boundaries of seniority and all concerns of superiority.

      The programme, inaugurated by our principal Dr. P. G. Ajimol, was a fiesta of colours. We created a nostalgic and serene ambience with lights and balloons and displayed short video presentations that capture the memories and achievements of each department. A few students shared their B. Ed experiences as well.

           To add liveliness to the programme, we awarded funny titles - Best Comedian, Best Dance Master, Best Entertainer, Perfectionist, Beauty Queen etc - to those selected by the 2021-23 batch students themselves, based on a google form mode election procedure. Ms. Kavya S. Kumar from the department of Physical Science won the prestigious title of Miss B.Ed. Following a lamp lighting ceremony, the students took Teacher's Pledge with which the function came to an end.

A World Beyond Words - The English Fraternity

             However.... beyond the cover of officiality, the farewell simply could never ever be an actual farewell... Literally, we can never bid you adieu dear seniors... The imprints you left in our hearts are truly eternal. The bond we nurtured, the laughter we shared, the memories we cherished and the love, trust and care we showered on each other will be treasured forever. Honestly, you will never be replaced.
